“The needs of the patient come first” This is what we are taught from the very first day of med school. And what better than utilizing the vast patient resources of a government hospital to design and transform the experience and delivery of healthcare. Interdisciplinary teams of service designers, clinicians, project managers, information technology specialists, innovation coordinators, hospital staff members and patients together can make it happen.

Krishna Sir has been a very gracious guide and attending the session even after the hectic posting schedule never failed to amaze us. It was an eye opener to the vast technical field that lay beyond our Robbins and Harrison.”

“The 5 sessions held at M.I.C.E labs, JJ hospital, were something new and different for us Medical Students. We learnt how to apply certain engineering principles in Medical Healthcare, and how to extract the best out of technology. The future is going to be the age of artificial intelligence and robotics. These sessions were a great introduction to Virtual Reality, Microcontrollers, and 3D Printing. Our mentor, Krishna Sir, is very knowledgeable and helped us get through the sessions with ease.
