In response to this need, we developed a unique calendar Shakti: specifically designed for post-menopausal women. This calendar serves as a practical tool to deliver monthly messages and tips that address key aspects of health and well-being. Each month features a special message focused on various topics relevant to post-menopausal life, such as nutrition, exercise, mental health, and preventive care.
