How to Build a Career Beyond Medicine: Chai Pe Charcha for MBBS Students

On an inspiring evening at Grant Government Medical College (GGMC), M.I.C.E. Labs (Medical Innovation Creativity and Entrepreneurship) hosted the much-awaited annual flagship event — Chai Pe Charcha 2025.
This year’s theme, “Exploring Fields Outside Medicine After MBBS”, challenged conventional career narratives and opened doors to unconventional possibilities.
With an auditorium full of curious and ambitious students, the evening unfolded as a powerful reminder that an MBBS degree is not just a professional qualification — it is a versatile foundation for diverse career pathways.

The session was hosted by Priyanshu Sharma, Junior Council Head of M.I.C.E. Labs, alongside Social Media Head Vanshika Patel.
They introduced the essence of Chai Pe Charcha — an informal yet intellectually rich space where conversations flow as freely as tea, and ideas stretch beyond textbooks.
The message was clear:
Medicine is vast. And sometimes, the most meaningful journeys begin off the beaten path.
